MEDIEVAL SUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM KICKS OFF LAMBERTVILLE’S SECOND SATURDAYS
On July 8, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. eclectic Lambertville, N.J., will undergo a Renaissance of sorts as strolling minstrels, juggling jesters, knights, wenches and squires take over the streets.
“A Medieval Summer Night’s Dream” kicks off Lambertville’s participation in Second Saturdays - evenings of fun, food and the arts celebrated on the second Saturday of each month. The event, hosted by the Lambertville Area Chamber of Commerce, is being staged in conjunction with twin river city New Hope’s Second Saturdays, which began earlier this year.
Pairs of period actors will provide Medieval-era entertainment on eight street corners throughout Lambertville.

· Bridge Street and S. Union Street
· Kline’s Court and Bridge Street
· Lambert Lane and Bridge Street
· Church Street and N. Union Street
· Coryell Street. and N. Union Street
· The Marshall House and N. Union Street
· Route 29 and Bridge Street
Comedic sword play, improvisation, singing, juggling and more will continue throughout the evening.
The majority of shops and galleries in town, including America Antiques and Design, Picky Paws, Events in Style, No. 63, People’s Store, Monkey Hill, Mix Gallery, Alba Interiors, Artful Eye, Chocolate Box, Area, Reinboth Home & Garden, Peter Wallace, Ltd., Bucks County Dry Goods, Dresswell’s, LaSalle Gallery, Hrefna Jonsdottir Gallery, Coda, The Roxey Ballet, Tesoro, and Flying French Hens will stay open until 9 p.m. to offer visitors beverages, light refreshment and special offers.
